What is the difference between the two order forms?
The online order form allows us to get your order in place and saves 1 to 2 days of preparing your order for delivery. With both the online and printable order forms we still need payment to arrive before sending your order.
The printable order form requires you to use a pen and also to send payment to us. It is mainly for people who want complete privacy.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery will take about 3 to 7 days in transit time depending on the mail system. Remember mail does not travel in Canada on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We always send out orders 1 to 2 days after receiving yoiur payment. Average time for you to receive your order is 10 to 14 business days.
How can you trust us to take your payment and send your order?
We have built our company on repeat business and referrals. Unlike most products that are one time purchases, ED products are consumable and used over and over again by people that enjoy their benefits.
Most of our business comes from repeat buyers and it is not in our best interest to take your money. It is our business to provide you with a great product and service so you can use us again and tell your friends
What if you do not have a printer?
We understand that not everyone has a printer anymore. You are welcome to use a piece of paper and a pen and write your order details and send it to us with your payment. Please print clearly so we have all information available and are able to get your order shipped.
Is sending money in the mail safe?
Yes it is safe and by law your mail can't be opened by anyone except the intended person at the end of its destination. That being said we recommend you still wrap the bills in tin foil or black carbon paper.
What is a money order and how much do they cost?
Although we do prefer Canadian cash you are welcome to pay with money order. You can buy them at a Canada Postal outlet for a maximum price of $999.99 and they will cost you $4.95 each.
