It is very common to notice minor abnormalities in the shape of a penis that is erect. The result is erection that is caused by the expansion that occurs in these cylinders, causing the stiffening and straightening of a man’s penis, unless the individual suffers from ED. In rare occasions cylinders that end up not being equal in the amount of blood that has flowed into them, will ultimately cause an unequal and lopsided appearance.
