When Viagra Does Not Work—Levitra Can

Some men that have taken Viagra without success, and have found that Levitra will work for the erectile dysfunction condition they have. This is not true in every case, but for many men the medication has been effective.

Levitra and Viagra work in similar ways to temporarily relive male impotency, by opening the arteries and allowing blood flow to the penis. The difference is their main ingredients that might work for some men that do not have success with Viagra. The two medications are able to inhibit the PDE-5 enzyme, and Levitra is more targeted in doing this at a lower dosage than Viagra is able to.
The side effects that might not be tolerable for some men taking Viagra might find they do not suffer with these side effects with Levitra. They may also find that the side effects are diminished to a point where they can either tolerate them or take a lower dosage to stop the unpleasant effect.

There is also the fact that neither of these drugs works as an aphrodisiac; the man that is taking an erectile dysfunction medication will need sexual stimulation in order to obtain an erection.
